WHAT YOU GET:
SVG files: For Cricut Explore, Silhouette Designer Edition, Adobe Suite, Inkscape, Corel Draw and more.
PNG files: (High Resolution) Transparent Background.
EPS files: For Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Corel Draw and more.
DXF files: For Silhouette users, this format can be opened with the free software version of Silhouette.
– Watermark will not appear on your purchased file.
– Due to the numerous variations of cutters and software I am not able to provide support on how to use these files with your software or machine.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once your payment has cleared you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. If you don?t receive the email please look into your junk mail folder, it sometimes gets in there. Your design is available to download immediately after purchase. Click the link and save the ZIP file to your computer. Files are sent zipped. You will need to extract the files before using them. Once unzipped you will see all of the different files that you purchased. Please make sure your equipment is compatible with one of these formats before purchasing.
REFUND POLICY:
Once your payment has gone through your files will be available to download. We do not offer refunds on our digital items, but we are more than happy to find a solution. If you experience any issues please contact us so we can troubleshoot any problems. We can assist you in a walk-through of your program or email you the files directly. Whatever your issue may be, we are here to help.
